I decided to make the connection to candy Land more obvious by copying the board layout making,
my game more of a parody than an original concept, but I guess that was always the case anyway. I always planned on the game being a parody of the typical children’s games and their unrelenting happy tones. Now that I have the shape of the board I will start work on designing all of the “Wacky and zany” characters. I don’t have any ideas right now, but it won’t be long before I have all the characters I need to fill the board with personality, and maybe lift the very downer mood of the game over-all. I’m clearly joking, they will only make it worse. As you may have noticed the goal is a hanging tree, do not worry that will be changed to something slightly less morbid for the finished product (probably). While I think about those “Wacky” characters I will be continuing work on the cards for the game. Wish Me luck!
