Over break I plan on sketching and drafting out some ideas for an art piece that uses the cardboard VR technology, you were gushing about earlier this week. I decided to continue with my theme of utter hopelessness and plan on making an empty void (probably outer space) where they will hear a monologue about the meaninglessness of each of us as individuals and the inevitability that you will die and be forgotten. I don't know why I like being depressing, but it gives me a strange joy. I probably need to get checked or something.
I also plan on thinking and sketching ideas for an other project after the VR one, hopefully this one wont be filled to the brim with teenage angst. However, based on past experience it probably will be though. I still want to do the Comedy in Death idea, but I'm not sure how, so that idea will be put on hold for the foreseeable future.Maybe I'll write something about it. Anyway, I have an idea for a project, but I don't think that it would work for this class, since it would be a fan work for a show that I enjoy.
